The Starting Second Baseman for the Cardinals on Opening Day will be……. That is a question that is tough to answer right now. Along with the 5th starter, the second base job will be a battle this spring. Daniel Descalso may have the lead pre-spring but Matt Carpenter is right on his heels and waiting in the wings is hot prospect Kolten Wong.
This battle will be watched closely this pre-season. I am curious, who do you think will start the most games at second base in 2013?
